Invisalign takes a modern approach to straightening teeth, using a custom-made series of aligners created specifically for you. These smooth, comfortable, and virtually invisible aligners are made from plastic that you simply wear over your teeth. Over time, these aligners gradually and gently shift your teeth into place, based on the exact movements your dentists Dr. Stan Eisenberg and Dr. Cindy Bogdanoff plan for you. The part our patients love the most? No brackets and no wires to tighten! Simply pop in a new set of aligners every couple weeks and achieve the confident smile that you’ve always wanted. Since these aligners are so clear, most people won’t even know you’re straightening your teeth.
- Advantage over traditional braces
- Clear aligners are virtually invisible
- Smooth comfortable plastic aligners
- Aligners are removable for easy cleaning
- Eat whatever you want
- Comfort and Convenience
Making the decision to straighten your teeth is much easier when you know that Invisalign is flexible enough to let you live your life the way you want. With Invisalign, you don’t need to worry about the gum and mouth irritation other teeth-straightening methods can cause.
Health Benefits
Did you know that having properly aligned teeth has benefits beyond a confident smile? Straight teeth can significantly affect your overall health. Properly aligned teeth are easier to clean, reducing the incidence of periodontal disease. They also allow you to properly chew, reducing the chances of broken or fractured teeth from eating.
Length of treatment
While every case is unique to each patient, treatment typically takes approximately one year for adults. For teens, the length of treatment is comparable to that of braces, but since your teeth won’t be covered by wires and brackets, you’ll be able to see improvement much sooner. For best results and timely outcome, you should wear your aligners for 20-22 hours per day, throughout your entire treatment. To get a more exact timetable, schedule an appointment with Dr. Stan Eisenberg or Dr. Cindy Bogdanoff for a consultation.

Process
At the first appointment x-rays, pictures, and impressions of your teeth are taken which Invisalign will use to create a digital 3-D image. From these images, we will map out a precise treatment plan, including the exact movements of your teeth. Based on your individual treatment plan designated by Atlanta dentists Dr. Stan Eisenberg and Dr. Cindy Bogdanoff, a series of custom-made, clear aligners are created for you.
At each appointment, you will be given three sets of aligners in the series. You will wear one set of aligners for approximately two weeks before changing it out for the next one in the series. Your periodic appointment will be approximately every six weeks.
